  1. Great pictures…Wish that we could be there. It looks like the colors are going to be really good this year.
Jeff, THANKS so much for sharing…

  3. I just love reading of your adventures, Jeff! I’m heading to Vermont the first week of October. I look forward to hearing what the “don’t miss” places to see will be then. Cheers!

  5. Thanks for your informative and in depth foliage report. You sure take foliage serious driving 450 miles in 12 hours. Us photographers should respect fences (I know it can often be hard to comply) and sorry the owner of the grist mill had to install electric fencing, at her expense, to put a stop to it. Take care and stay safe.

    • I guess I’m pretty serious about it and in my younger days I would drive longer (believe it… I was a driving fool in my 40s and 50s) I can’t wait for the old normal to come back because Lisa and I would much rather get a room at the Inn/B&B when we get tired and start out the day much more rested… Much safer.
And George, thanks for being a patron!

  7. Jeff, your updates mean even more to me this year since I can’t get back to NE for my annual fall visit due to the CV. Reading your comments and viewing the photos is almost like being there. So … BIG thanks!
