New Hampshire’s Scenic Route 118 — 8 Comments

  1. Jeff, I always stop at that pullout on 118 on my way to the White Mtns! Loads of photos. 2019 was interesting as it was a foggy day, so the usual view of the Franconia Range wasn’t there!

  3. I always try to schedule to drive the Kanc…It has great memories and is always a little different each year but always beautiful..We do try to add different places each year but try to travel some of the same areas each year simply because they consistently have some of the best fall foliage .. I think that it gets in your blood!! As you stated,we are creatures of habit…Thanks for giving us something pleasant to think about during these trying times..

    • I don’t know what this year holds for my fellow leaf peepers. I know that probably half of the leaf peepers are staying home maybe closer to 3/4. I think for the most part this is the smart play. I will do what I can and get out and document the fall colors for everyone this autumn. I want you (and everyone) to stay healthy and safe…
